Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Cassandra — the founder of Lifeline Virtual Assistance and the first person you’ll meet when you reach out.
After more than a decade working in operations, admin, and finance for health clinics and community programs, I saw a pattern: incredible practitioners were burning out. Not because they weren’t good at what they do, but because the backend of their business was holding them back.
So I started LVA to change that.
What began as admin support quickly evolved into something deeper. I realized that helping clients clean up their books, set up smart systems, and feel truly supported behind the scenes was the key to helping them grow and breathe a little easier while doing it.
Today, I lead a small team of thoughtful, experienced professionals across Canada. We’re collaborative, detail-obsessed, and deeply invested in the people we support.
We’re not here to take over, we’re here to make the backend of your business less overwhelming, more organized, and fully aligned with how you want to work.
